Cookie & Tracking Policy

Effective & Last Updated: September 2026 | Propvexa Services LLC (Austin, Texas)

Privacy-First Architecture Notice

Propvexa Services LLC (“Propvexa”) values the privacy of every visitor to our corporate web platform (propvexaservicesllc.com). As an institutional commercial contractor, our web infrastructure is engineered on modern static delivery principles (Astro SSG) prioritizing rapid page loads, minimal data collection, and strict data confidentiality. This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and local storage tokens are used on our site.

1 What Are Cookies & Tracking Technologies?

Cookies are small text files containing alphanumeric strings placed onto your computer, tablet, or smartphone by web servers when you navigate across the Internet. They enable a website to recognize your browser, remember preferences across page visits, and maintain security sessions. In addition to cookies, related technologies include HTML5 local storage, session storage, and server log tokens.

2 Categorization of Cookies Deployed by Propvexa

We maintain a minimal, non-intrusive cookie deployment structured into the following operational classes:

A. Strictly Necessary & Security Cookies Mandatory

These cookies are indispensable for the core operation and security of our web platform. They facilitate Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) token validation, protect work order submission forms from malicious automated bots, and balance web server traffic. Because the site cannot function properly without them, they cannot be deactivated via our site settings.

Typical Lifespan: Active Session duration up to 24 hours.
B. Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry Analytics

Aggregated, anonymized performance metrics designed to monitor page rendering speeds, detect broken hyperlinks (404 errors), and gauge server latency across various geographic regions in Central Texas and nationwide. These telemetry logs do not identify individual visitors by name or corporate identity.

Typical Lifespan: 30 days to 12 months.
C. Functional UI & Interface Preferences Preferences

Used to preserve interface states across page transitions—such as keeping the services mega-navigation or accordion panels expanded during your active navigation session.

Typical Lifespan: Active Session duration.

3 Third-Party Integrated Technologies & Services

We integrate limited third-party tools to facilitate core user experience functions:

  • Google Maps Embed Service: Rendered on our Contact Us page (/contact) to provide directions to our Austin headquarters at 5900 Balcones Drive. Google may place operational cookies according to Google’s standard Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts Service: High-legibility typography (Plus Jakarta Sans) loaded via Google’s global Content Delivery Network. These requests do not transmit user login or tracking credentials.

4 Affirmative Prohibition of Behavioral Ad Tracking & Data Selling

Zero Commercial Ad Retargeting

Propvexa Services LLC DOES NOT deploy third-party advertising retargeting pixels (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok tracking, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to follow your browsing activity across other websites. We do not construct consumer behavioral advertising profiles, nor do we sell, rent, or trade cookie identifiers to data brokers.

5 How to Control & Disable Cookies via Your Browser

You possess full autonomy to control, block, or delete cookies through your web browser configuration settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair form submissions or interactive maps:

Google Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies > Block all third-party cookies.
Apple Safari (macOS & iOS) Preferences / Settings > Privacy > Prevent cross-site tracking > Block all cookies.
Mozilla Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Strict.
Microsoft Edge Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.

6 Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our web servers are configured to honor standard browser Do Not Track (DNT) header signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When such signals are detected, non-essential analytical logging is automatically suppressed.
