We do not manufacture or ship physical consumer goods via postal carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Rather, our "Fulfillment and Delivery" comprises two essential components:

  • Physical On-Site Field Execution: Mobilization of certified trade technicians, commercial tools, and materials directly to the subject property asset.
  • Digital Evidence Delivery: Transmission of date-, time-, and GPS-stamped photographic inspection logs, completion sign-offs, and compliance reports within 24 hours of job completion.

3 Delivery of Digital Photographic Inspection Packages

The verified "Deliverable" for institutional property preservation is the date-stamped photographic evidence package. Our digital fulfillment workflow ensures total chain of custody:

  • Address & Context Verification: Every photo package begins with verification photographs of the street sign, front address numerals, and wide-angle street views.
  • Before, During & After Sequencing: Each contracted task is documented with progressive angles demonstrating exact initial conditions, active work in progress, and the completed result.
  • 24-Hour Digital Transmission: Following technician departure, our Quality Control team performs an audit before securely transmitting the photo package via your designated vendor portal or encrypted email link within twenty-four (24) hours.

4 Fulfillment Costs, Fee Matrices & Travel Surcharges

Service fees are governed by the contract type established with the Client:

  • Institutional Allowable Schedules: Billed strictly within established HUD, Fannie Mae, or servicer-specific pricing matrices.
  • Commercial Proposals & Bids: Delivered as itemized, fixed-price proposals with no hidden mobilization charges.
  • Standard Travel Radius: No mileage surcharge is applied within a 45-mile driving radius of our Austin operations center. For remote rural parcels beyond 45 miles, a pre-disclosed mileage surcharge ($0.75 – $1.25 per excess mile) will be itemized on the estimate.

5 Inclement Weather & Force Majeure Policy

Field technician safety is our highest operational priority. In the event of severe Central Texas weather (such as severe winter freeze conditions, ice storms, active tornadic warnings, or flash floods), physical dispatch will be paused until local authorities confirm roads are safe for commercial vehicle travel. Clients will receive immediate electronic notification of weather delays with updated dispatch estimates.
